The Snowmobile Stretch

March 2016

Good for: Relieving your back and arms after zipping around on your snowmobile and waving at passersby.

  2. The Snowmobile Stretch

1) Stand on top of your snowmobile with your feet shoulder-width apart. You can stand on the ground too, but the view down there isn’t as cool.

2) Bring your arms up overhead, clasp your left hand with your right, and lean to the right side, feeling the stretch on your left side. Stay there or pulse a few times.

The stretch: Hold for at least 15 seconds.
