1) Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Hold a fishing net, weighed down with dumbbells, straight out in front of you at shoulder height, with the weights on your right side.
2) Step your right leg forward into a lunge. Twist your torso to the left, bringing the weighted fishing net to the outside of your left leg. Pause, then twist your torso back to the front as you step forward with your left leg and lunge it forward, repeating the move on the other side.
The workout: Walk 50 metres across the ice and back. Reward yourself with baked trout for dinner.
